If yes, please complete the scholarship application linked above.  Submission deadline is May 1, 2023.  Rolling acceptance notifications will be sent.  Attendees eligible for a scholarship will be given the discount code needed for complimentary registration. 

 

The Mountain West Transforming Care Conference is collecting registration fees to help support the University of Utah Transgender Health Program. The AETC receives no funds.


Covid-19 Policy

We are taking safety at our event seriously. We will have a color-coded comfort level system for attendee nametags. You will be encouraged to select a red, yellow, or green sticker to affix to the name badge to easily announce your level of comfort of social distancing at the conference. We encourage attendees to wear masks if they feel comfortable. We also ask that anyone registered to attend the meeting in-person opt to stay home and switch to a virtual registration if you or a family member has tested positive for COVID-19, are exposed to COVID-19, are showing any COVID-19 symptoms, or otherwise feel unwell. We are taking precautions to create a safe environment for our attendees; however, by choosing to attend in person you accept and understand the risks associated with COVID-19.

Cancellation Policy 

If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you may send written notice to the University of Utah Conference & Event Management department (cgrant@conferences.utah.edu). Cancellations made by 5 pm MDT Friday, April 21, 2023 will be accepted. A $40 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after April 21st are responsible for the entire registration fee. Attendee substitutions, however, may be made at any time. Should extenuating circumstances arise which result in your registration cancellation, exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made on a case-by-case basis. Please state your reason for cancellation in your written notice to the University of Utah Conference & Event Management.
