A number of sponsor opportunities are available for companies looking to meet new customers and reinforce existing relationships. An exhibition stand provides your company with real presence at the conference and greatly facilitates networking.
It will be a great opportunity to meet the experts with the purpose of exchanging knowledge and seeking new challenges and collaborations.
Remember to register as an exhibitor when you register. The following 2 exhibitor option are available when you register:
- 1.440 DKK incl. coffee breaks, lunch and access to all sessions. The price is excl. VAT.
- Free exhibitor badge - no food/beverages included. No access to session rooms

Setup time for exhibitors: Thursday July 6th from 12.00 - 17.00 or Friday July 7th from 07.00 - 08.00
Break down time for exhibitors: Saturday July 8th from 15.00 - 18.00.
Please make sure that all booth materials are picked up from the venue within these hours.
The Exhibition Ares is during the conference open on the following times:
Friday July 7th from 08.30 - 16.00 hrs
Saturday July 8th from 07.45 - 13.30 hrs
Standand rental of additional exhibition furniture and decorations
The general maximum building height in the main foyer is 2,8 m.
The price of the stand includes floor Space, 1 extension cord and Wi-Fi.
To request any additional structures, furniture and decorations or a proposal of a modular booth or for a design booth construction, please contact messeshop@holmud.dk and list the following:

* Contact person
* E-mail address

Then you will receive a unique login to custumize your own booth - deadline is Friday June 23rd
Exhibitors are also free to bring additional decoration materials and booth furniture themselves.
