Poster Guidelines:
- Posters should not exceed 48 inches wide by 48 inches tall.
- Authors are invited to set up their posters between 2:50 - 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 30th. Authors are invited to take down their posters from 8:00 - 8:30 pm on Wednesday, August 30th.
- Posters can be printed on paper or cloth. Boards with push pins for hanging posters will be available.

We are proud to announce an opportunity for those involved in metastasis research and treatment to submit an abstract to present their ideas in an interactive forum at the 10th Annual Metastatic Breast Cancer Research Conference on August 30-September 1 in Park City, Utah. We encourage all types of submissions involving metastasis research, which may include epidemiology, quality of life, basic research, technology development, clinical care, and treatment. During the conference, experts in the field will judge posters and awards will be given out.
The conference will continue to emphasize metastatic breast cancer however we believe we need to work together with all researchers focused on metastasis research to improve outcomes for patients. We ask you to submit your Abstract as a lay abstract. Updated data will be permitted after submission. Abstracts will be compiled in an abstract booklet that will only be available to in-person attendees.
Please use the following headings for each abstract submission:
- Title (should appear bold and capital letters)
- Background Information (relevant to the topic)
- Objectives (of the study or program)
- Methods and/or Innovation (of the study or program)
- Results/Discussion (includes an interpretation of the results and impact on the disease)
Abstracts should not be longer than 350 words in total.
Deadline For Receipt of Submissions Is June 7, 2023.

Any questions can be directed to josh@theresasresearch.org Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the conference Abstract committee. A limited number of accepted abstracts will be selected to be highlighted during the conference.
