The CPPP weekend event begins with a "meet your instructors" dinner reception on Friday about 6:00pm, continues on Saturday morning with a plenary session for pilots or the Partner in Command course, then breakout sessions for several ground courses and flight sessions, a dinner for all on Saturday evening, and more breakout sessions on Sunday with departure set at 3:00pm. Note that all meals provided are not included in the registration fees, except for the Saturday and Sunday lunch bags, which are included.

Breakout sessions will run from 8:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Sunday with a short break for lunch both days.  The Saturday night banquet begins at 7:00pm. 

 

Ground + 1 Flight + 1 Simulator participants will fly 1 flight session and 1 simulator session
Ground + 1 Simulator participants will fly 1 simulator session

 

Flight sessions will be three hours each, including briefing and debriefing.

Simulator sessions will be 1.5 hours each, including briefing and debriefing.

 

 

The Partner-in-Command class starts on Saturday at 9:00 h and runs until noon.
