Program Attire per Agenda:

Friday Welcome Dinner: Resort Casual "White Party". Everyone is asked to wear white.  Ladies, white sundresses or white blouse with khaki or white slacks or a skirt.  Gentlemen, white shirt and khaki or white slacks or dress shorts.


Saturday Awards Dinner: Resort casual.  Sport coat and open collar for the gentlemen; sundress or cocktail dress for the ladies.

Sunday NFL Game Day: Show your spirit and wear your favorite team apparel.

Resort Dining Attire: When dining at your leisure within the resort restaurants, the required attire for gentleman is best described as "resort casual"-collared shirts and dress trousers and equally appropriate attire for the ladies.  If worn, shorts must be of walking length.
    Activities: When packing, you may want to include any of the following items, along with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat or visor.
    • Beach/Snorkel Sail/Water Sports: Pack your swimsuit and a cover-up.  Footwear essentials include flip-flops, sandals and/or athletic shoes.
    • Golf: Appropriate resort golf attire is par for the course.  Golf shirts, bermuda length shorts or lightweight slacks (modest-length skirts for women) and soft-spike shoes.  Note: No cutoffs, t-shirts, tank tops, abbreviated shorts, denim, metal spike golf shoes, fitness attire, swimwear, tennis shoes are permitted on the course.
    • Turf & Surf Horseback Ride: Long pants with swimsuit underneath and closed toe shoes.
    • Spa/Fitness Center: Comfortable t-shirts, shorts and athletic shoes are ideal for utilizing the resort's spa or fitness center.
    Note: Swimsuits should only be worn in the pool and beach areas; they are not appropriate to wear into town or in public areas of the resort.  Be sure to pack a cover-up.

    Weather: Most visitors say the best time to visit Jamaica is January because the weather is perfect; rain is possible with few outbursts, but are often short-lived and leave behind cooler, more refreshing conditions. Temperatures in January average 87° for a high and 71° for a low.

    Travel Tips
    Medical Information: We cannot give any medical advice; however it is always a good idea to consult your physician when you plan to travel.  Plan ahead and make sure you have an adequate supply of any prescription medication prior to departure.  If there are any questions regarding your medication, please consult your physician.  You should carry all medications in their original containers. Always carry essential medications in your carry-on bag.

    Valuables: Safeguard your valuables.  It is best to leave valuable jewelry at home and use the resort's in-room safe for your excess cash, traveler's checks and travel documents.  Keep purses, wallets, money and cameras close to you, especially in crowded public areas.

    Babysitting: Babysitting is available on property and is conducted inside the guest room.  The hotel babysitters/nannies are certified through the Penn State Better Kid Care Program.  There is no recreation club to be offered for babysitting.  The resort does offer a children's village where children ages three to twelve can learn, play discover and make friends.  The village is open from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM daily. 

    Charges for babysitting will be covered by Pernod Ricard for Friday evening between the hours of 7:00 and 10:00 PM and Saturday evening between the hours of 6:00 and 11:00 PM.

    The following will be paid for during this program: 
    •    Three nights room and tax for the nights of Friday (1/19), Saturday (1/20) and Sunday (1/21)
    •    Round trip airport transportation to and from Montego Bay's Sangster International Airport
    •    Private group evening functions for Friday (1/19), Saturday (1/20) and Sunday (1/21)
    •    Breakfast and lunch Saturday (1/20), Sunday (1/21) and Monday (1/22)
    •    Half Moon All-Inclusive Meal Plan*
    •    Friday and Saturday night babysitter, if the service is desired
    •    Choice of one activity on Saturday, January 20  
    •    All housekeeping, porterage and airport gratuities
    The following will not be paid for during this program: 
    •    Non-event meals.  See agenda for a list of the event meals
    •    Room Service delivery fees
    •    Bottle Service for wines or liquor
    •    Incidentals including movies, gift shop purchases, laundry/dry cleaning services

    *The Half Moon Meal Plan begins with dinner on Friday (1/19) and ends with lunch on Monday (1/22).  The plan includes:  

    •   Breakfast - Seagrape Terrace, Lester's Café or Room Service
    •   Lunch - Seagrape Terrace, Lester's Café, Moonchies Grill or Room Service
    •   Dinner - Seagrape Terrace, II Giardino, Sugar Mill, Weekly Beach Party at Sunrise Beach or        Room Service
    •   Cocktails & House Wines by the Glass - Cedar Bar, Beach Bar, Hibiscus Bar, 19th Hole Bar,           Seagrape Terrace, Giardino, Sugar Mill, Weekly Beach Party at Sunrise Beach and Mini Bar   as   consumed by guests registered in room (a check must be signed daily for consumption).  
    •  In addition to cocktails and wines, the following Pernod Ricard products will be available at the   hotel under this plan: Absolut Vodka, Absolut Citron, Beefeater Gin, Kahlua, Malibu Run,   Havana  Club Rum, Jameson Whiskey, The Glenlivet's 12-Year-Old Whiskey or The Glenlivet's   Founder Reserve 
    •  AVION or Olmeca Altos Tequila will be available and served to our invited guests.  A wristband   will be provided at hotel check-in and will need to be shown to the bartender if you wish to   consume tequila during your stay.

    IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION: Persons sharing the same room must be on the same meal/inclusion plan.
