Regional Integration Conference

The WCO Regional Integration Conference will take place 15-16 June 2015 at the WCO Headquarters in Brussels.

Admission: Free. There are no registration or participation fees to attend this event.

If you are registered for the 2015 Knowledge Academy, you are automatically registered for the Regional Integration Conference.

Select a Complete Learning Track

Delegates can choose to select all courses in a specific track by clicking on the appropriate choice during the registration process. While registering, click on “more info” to see the courses included in each track – this information is also included below for reference.

For delegates from a WCO Member Administration (all government agencies*), referred to as the Public Sector, there is no cost to attend the Knowledge Academy. Of course, travel and accommodation remain at the charge of the individual. (*more than 50% government-owned)

For delegates from the Private Sector, i.e. any commercially oriented organization which is less than 50% government-owned, there is a discount for following the full track. If you do not want to follow a complete track skip these choices and select the individual courses during the registration process. Costs for individual courses are included below.

Tariff & Trade Affairs Track - Private Sector delegate €2,750.00

This track includes the following modules:

- Customs Valuation

- Rules of Origin

- Harmonised System 1

- Harmonised System 2

Harmonised System Only (both module 1 & 2) €1,500.00

When registering for both HS1 and HS2 there will be a discount on the combined cost. The total cost will be €1,500.00.

Trade Facilitation Track - Private Sector delegate €1,200.00

This track includes the following modules:

- Trade Facilitation Agreement

- AEO SAFE

- WCO Data Model

Public Sector Track - Private Sector delegate €1,000.00

This track includes the following modules:

- WCO Enforcement Programmes (For WCO Members Only)

- Excise Tax

- WCO Capacity Building – Project Management

- WCO Customs Research Programmes

Note: Please note that you may not select overlapping courses.

Breaks - The morning breaks will be from 11:00-11:30 and the afternoon breaks from 15:30-16:00 with lunch from 12:30-14:00.
