Business casual attire is appropriate for daytime programs, cocktail attire for evening events.

Comfortable walking shoes are suggested for offsite excursions.

Transportation

Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is Toronto’s main airport and is an approximately 40 minute drive by taxi to the Westin Harbour Castle. Taxi stands are located outside Terminals 1 & 3. Taxis and limos charge flat rates for travel from the airport to destinations within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) based on time and distance. You can pay for your fare with cash, credit card or Canadian debit.

 

​​Train to City - Union Pearson Express runs from Pearson Airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto in just 25 minutes. Adult one-way fare from Pearson to Union is $12.35 CAD. The first departure from Union is at 4:55 am, and from Pearson is at 5:27 am. Trains depart every 15 minutes until 12:57 am.

 

Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) is Toronto’s local airport and is an approximately 10 minute drive by taxi to the Westin Harbour Castle. Billy Bishop Airport offers flights from 20 cities within Canada and the U.S.

Guest & Young Leader Policy

Members are encouraged to invite and bring, in addition to any other guest, a high-potential young leader, age 25-35, for this global exchange. There are special registration fees for guests and Young Leaders that entitle them to attend all sessions of the program except the Member Dine Around. A guest dinner is planned for all guests and young leaders.


IWF Payment Policy

Full payment of registration fees must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).


IWF Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted to IWF Registration via email iwf@executivevents.com within the time periods noted below.

 

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of  the registration date will be refunded 100% of the fees paid. For cancellation requests made after this timeframe will be subject to the cancellation policies listed below.

 

Cancellations received by October 15 will be assessed a cancellation rate equal to 15% of total registration payment received.

 

Cancellations received between October 16 and October 30 will be assessed a cancellation rate equal to 50% of total registration payment received.

 

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received October 31 and later. Given IWF policy, no exceptions are allowed. However, the registration is transferable to another IWF member or guest to attend the same conference. The cancelling registrant has the responsibility to find a transferee and must notify IWF of the transfer prior to the conference opening.
