Flight information
This tour is based on a minimum number of participants and we therefore request that you do not book your flights right away.
We are now kicking off the registration and hope it will be hugely successful. Once you have registered and paid the non-refundable deposit, you will receive a registration confirmation email.  As soon as you can book your flights you will receive a seperate confirmation. If you choose to book your flight before you receive this email, please note that Keshet and/or WorldWide Village Travel Ltd cannot take responsibility for any cancellations.

Keep in Mind…
Please keep in mind that the packages do not include medical or traveler’s insurance, and certain meals (detailed on the itinerary).

Rooming Information
On the online registration link you can indicate if and with whom you would like to share a room with. If you would like to share a room but do not have a roommate, Keshet will try its utmost to find you a suitable roommate. In the event that a suitable roommate is not available, you will need to pay the single room price.

Israel Visa and Passport Requirements

Passports: To enter Israel, a passport valid for a minimum of six months from the date of leaving Israel is required!

Passport note: Due to a lack of diplomatic relations between Israel and many Arabic or predominantly Muslim countries, those with Israel entry stamps in their passports will not be allowed entry. Since January 2013, visitors are given an entry card instead of a stamp on arrival which you must keep until you leave.

Visas: Some nationals need a visa for entering Israel. Please click here to find out if you need a prearranged visa for your stay.

To be continued….
As we get closer to arrival day, a more detailed information package will be sent to each registrant.
