The University of Southern Mississippi

The National Intercollegiate Athletics Safety and Security Summit was held at The University of Southern Mississippi’s beautiful Gulf Park campus in Long Beach, which is situated on 52 acres overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Majestic oak trees and colorful azaleas adorn the campus, which is the site of the famous Friendship Oak - a magnificent live oak tree more than 500 years old.
