Elliot writes a column for each magazine issue with commentary on newsworthy events and speaks at events internationally on related topics. Elliot has had a long and distinguished career in the human resources services and technology industry.
Prior to SharedXpertise, he was the chief operating officer of Kenexa Corporation (Nasdaq KNXA), a leading provider of HR software and services. He worked at Kenexa from 1991 until 2006, and was instrumental in growing the company from 12 to 1,200 employees. He oversaw corporate operations and directly managed the recruitment process outsourcing division. He led the Kenexa team to be named the top provider in RPO by multiple industry analysts and publications. As a key member of the executive team, he was deeply involved in 15 acquisitions, three private equity financings, and an IPO. He served on the board of directors from 1997 until 2006. Elliot also had a distinguished career in the executive search industry, completing numerous senior executive assignments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, and was active in the leadership of the largest pharmaceutical affinity association in the world, the Drug Information Association, serving on the steering committee of North America from 1994 to 1997.
Elliot is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania, earning a B.S. Economics where he majored in Human Resources. He also served on the national board of directors of the Wharton Alumni Association from 1997 to 1998. Elliot is currently the chairman emeritus of the board of directors of the Ehlers Danlos Foundation, a member of the board of trustees of the Michener Art Museum, a member of the board of trustees of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and a senior fellow at Center for Human Resource Studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Once the school became accredited and was sold to new ownership, Jill joined Manifest Digital which merged with McMurry/TMG to become a nationwide digital agency called Manifest. For the three years prior to NAPA, Ian worked at Quest Diagnostics. His last role was the head of HR for the Advanced Diagnostics business. Prior to Quest Diagnostics, Ian spent over 20 years in the petroleum industry, including Hess Corporation and BHP, in a variety of HR leadership roles. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, Australasia, and the U.S. He has been based in the New York area since 2005.

Ane has had a positive and sustaining effect on our organization since her arrival at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in 2005. In 2012, she was named vice president of human resources for the hospital and in 2014 she was appointed regional chief human resource officer of Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital System and then assumed statewide responsibility to include Mercy Health System in January 2018. October 2019, Ane expanded her role to include Athens, GA and Holy Cross, Ft Lauderdale, FL. Over the last several years, Ane has led an evidence-based talent acquisition program designed to improve the quality of new hires by eliminating bias in the process. In 2018, the program reduced the time it takes to fill positions by 14 percent, increased minority hires by 20 percent, reduced first-year turnover by nearly 6 percent and saved an estimated $2 million -$3 million a year. Under Ane’s leadership Evidence Based Selection is being scaled across the three states along with a strong commitment to expand workforce development programs by creating pathways for underserved populations and those in professional roles to upskill their talents. In 2019, Ane was named one of Crain’s Notable Women in HR and lead an HR team that was recognized for Overall HR Excellence/HR Team of the Year. In 2021, Ane was recognized as one of the Women Who Move Detroit and Grand Rapids by Hour Magazine. Kristine Meade is a highly developed business leader with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) strategy, business partnership, transformation, talent management, change management, communications, and organizational design and effectiveness. Kristine joined North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) in March 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role she has expanded the HR function to align with the company’s exponential organic and transactional growth, including the May 2020 acquisition of American Anesthesiology (AA), a Mednax company, which more than doubled NAPA’s total employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. While clinicians pivoted to caring for critically ill patients, and operational employees worked remotely, Kristine launched OneNAPA, a massive integration initiative designed to onboard and welcome the AA employees and build cultural alignment. As this program continues, she is overseeing the introduction of new technologies to streamline a spectrum of HR functions. Rebecca Mohiuddin has over 25 years of Human Resource leadership experience in a variety of industries and a variety of roles. She began her HR career in the temporary staffing industry placing employees in jobs and fell in love with Human Resources. From there, she progressed quickly into leadership roles and prior to joining Central Ohio Primary Care as their Chief Human Resource Officer in 2019, she worked for nearly 10 years at Molina Healthcare as their AVP, Human Resources managing staff across the country, including Puerto Rico. In her current role, Rebecca and her team support over 2000 employees in over 80 locations in the healthcare field and her oversite includes employee benefits, wellness programs, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, compensation management and culture enlivenment. Rebecca received her BA in Communications from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) as recognized through the Society for HR Management (SHRM) and a certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) as recognized by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). She has been an active member of both national and local HR associations over the years, serving on the local board and volunteering with a variety of committees. Rebecca is also the VP of Human Resources and serves as the Chair of the Human Resources committee for Creative Living, a local non-profit that provides affordable, wheelchair accessible housing for disabled individuals.

She serves as a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, and is responsible for driving the global people strategy, overseeing HR business partners, employee engagement programs, talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, and people operations, to support the company’s continued growth. Kathleen also works closely with the Compensation Committee, serving as the point of contact to its Chair. Kathleen has led a culture transformation to build a world class organization with a phenomenal employee experience.

Kathleen (Kathie) L. Patterson was named chief human resources officer of Ally Financial in August 2016. In this role, she’s responsible for overseeing the company’s human capital, talent management, compensation, benefits, well-being, internal communications and cultural efforts – ensuring they support the organization’s overall strategic objectives and drive Ally’s efforts to be a leading employer of choice.
