Elliot is the chairman and CEO of SharedXpertise Media, LLC, which he founded in 2006. Elliot writes a column for each magazine issue with commentary on newsworthy events and speaks at events internationally on related topics. Elliot has had a long and distinguished career in the human resources services and technology industry.
 
Prior to SharedXpertise, he was the chief operating officer of Kenexa Corporation (Nasdaq KNXA), a leading provider of HR software and services. He worked at Kenexa from 1991 until 2006, and was instrumental in growing the company from 12 to 1,200 employees. He oversaw corporate operations and directly managed the recruitment process outsourcing division. He led the Kenexa team to be named the top provider in RPO by multiple industry analysts and publications. As a key member of the executive team, he was deeply involved in 15 acquisitions, three private equity financings, and an IPO. He served on the board of directors from 1997 until 2006. Elliot also had a distinguished career in the executive search industry, completing numerous senior executive assignments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, and was active in the leadership of the largest pharmaceutical affinity association in the world, the Drug Information Association, serving on the steering committee of North America from 1994 to 1997.
 
Elliot is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania, earning a B.S. Economics where he majored in Human Resources. He also served on the national board of directors of the Wharton Alumni Association from 1997 to 1998. Elliot is currently the chairman emeritus of the board of directors of the Ehlers Danlos Foundation, a member of the board of trustees of the Michener Art Museum, a member of the board of trustees of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and a senior fellow at Center for Human Resource Studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

October 2019, Ane expanded her role to include Athens, GA and Holy Cross, Ft Lauderdale, FL. Over the last several years, Ane has led an evidence-based talent acquisition program designed to improve the quality of new hires by eliminating bias in the process. In 2018, the program reduced the time it takes to fill positions by 14 percent, increased minority hires by 20 percent, reduced first-year turnover by nearly 6 percent and saved an estimated $2 million -$3 million a year. Under Ane’s leadership Evidence Based Selection is being scaled across the three states along with a strong commitment to expand workforce development programs by creating pathways for underserved populations and those in professional roles to upskill their talents. In 2019, Ane was named one of Crain’s Notable Women in HR and lead an HR team that was recognized for Overall HR Excellence/HR Team of the Year. In 2021, Ane was recognized as one of the Women Who Move Detroit and Grand Rapids by Hour Magazine. Kristine Meade is a highly developed business leader with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) strategy, business partnership, transformation, talent management, change management, communications, and organizational design and effectiveness. Kristine joined North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) in March 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She began her HR career in the temporary staffing industry placing employees in jobs and fell in love with Human Resources. From there, she progressed quickly into leadership roles and prior to joining Central Ohio Primary Care as their Chief Human Resource Officer in 2019, she worked for nearly 10 years at Molina Healthcare as their AVP, Human Resources managing staff across the country, including Puerto Rico. In her current role, Rebecca and her team support over 2000 employees in over 80 locations in the healthcare field and her oversite includes employee benefits, wellness programs, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, compensation management and culture enlivenment. Rebecca received her BA in Communications from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) as recognized through the Society for HR Management (SHRM) and a certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) as recognized by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). She has been an active member of both national and local HR associations over the years, serving on the local board and volunteering with a variety of committees. If you were to ask Rebecca, she would tell you this foundation was instilled in her early on as her parents inspired a drive to succeed and discipline, with a focus on compassion and care for others. The daughter of a military father and Mexican-American descent mother who grew up on a ranch, her parents made intentional choices to raise a family humbly, while working to give them the best life possible. After graduating from Iowa State University as a Speech Communications Major, Rebecca got a taste for Human Resources and decided to pursue that passion with Victoria Secret. A decision that proved to bring career success for over 9 years while having the ability to build her knowledge and passion of HR as a leader of Recruitment, Generalist, Organizational Development, Training, Strategic Planning, Human Capital and Talent Management disciplines throughout that time. Rebecca broadened her career with Starbucks while they were going through a time of rebuild, closing stores and building a field infrastructure. She was instrumental in maintaining a servant leadership culture while driving new levels of performance and accountability Additionally she brought a sophistication of talent management, allowing the organization to assess their over 7,000 store managers and building performance and business acumen at the same time. After completing her International MBA at the University of Texas, Rebecca took on a private equity transformation of the Hooters brand as the Chief Human Resources Officer. This exciting new venture provided the opportunity to aid in an international franchise growth and create a sustainable hiring, training, talent management and customer service model. With her strong customer service orientation, Rebecca was instrumental in bringing the next generation of the “Hooters girl” customer service experience. Rebecca went on to be the Chief Human Resources Officer with Southeastern Grocers, the 5th largest supermarket chain in the country during its private equity transformation. She joined the organization where she developed and introduced a People Strategy to allow the organization to go faster and compete during transformation. The Learning and Talent strategies Rebecca engineered enabled knowledge and sustained training throughout the entire business. Rebecca’s unique strength as a change management engineer helped the organization deliver large-scale change across a dispersed workforce of over 65,000 associates. Rebecca’s experience with organizational and cultural transformation in the private equity sector prepared her for the Chief People and Communications Officer role with American Tire Distributors. In the almost two years she has been in role she has focused on creating a connected, people-first culture. This strategy encompassed building a Human Resources Function from the ground up, adding capabilities across all areas of Human Capital including Talent, Engagement and Learning. Her modern approach to HR comes from being an innovative and systemic thinker who can leverage technology and measurement through data analytics and insights.
