Brad's career in independent schools spans more than 40 years. After five years in the classroom, he spent 13 years in the admission office at Northfield Mount Hermon,13 years as Director of Admission at Saint Andrew's School (FL), and 11 years as Associate Head of School and Dean of Admission at Bolles School (FL). He is a founding member of the Board of Directors of AISAP. He was also Chair of the NAIS Financial Aid Services Committee
