Inez Odomoversees the strategic initiatives for the admission, college counseling, and marketing and communications departments for La Jolla Country Day School. Inez has been with La Jolla Country Day School since 2008 holding positions as the Associate Director of Admission, the Director of Admission, and now in her current role as the Assistant Head of Schoool for Enrollment Management and Outreach . With a master’s degree in communications from Stanford University, Inez has implemented progressive initiatives for the office of admission, including state-of-the-art project and student management software, and student and parent ambassador programs. She oversees the practical and experiential aspects of the admission process to ensure that applicants are treated with dignity, fairness and kindness.
