Director of Financial Aid & Associate Director of Admission
The Episcopal Academy

Carolyn is entering her 2nd year at The Episcopal Academy (PA) as the Director of Financial Aid and Associate Director of Admission. Carolyn started her professional career in financial services in Philadelphia but quickly realized her true calling and began her independent school career in New England. By the time she became Director of Athletics at Buckingham, Browne, and Nichols (MA) 8 years later, she had amassed a broad array of experiences in teaching, coaching, residential life, advising, athletic administration and admissions through her work at Miss Porter’s School, Phillips Academy Andover, Westover School and The Rumsey Hall School. As a former Division I student-athlete at Villanova University, Carolyn boast zero statistics from the field but prides herself on her coaching track record; motivating and leading her field hockey teams with a strategic, positive and enthusiastic approach. Carolyn loves pulling together her finance degree and her athletic background in her role as Director of Financial Aid, coach, athletic liaison, advisor and admission associate at EA. Carolyn's greatest commitment, however, is her role as referee and mom to two dynamo daughters (ages 2 and 5) who sleep deprive her on a regular basis.
