Admissions and Enrollment managers have traditionally been tasked with hitting two numbers: filled seats and their budget. However, it is critical to include net tuition revenue (NTR) as the third number in the conversation, particularly given today's market challenges that many of us face as admission and enrollment managers. This session will examine the strategic-planning and decision-making process for enrollment through the lens of net revenue. We will also explore ways to create an NTR tool that you can modify and use at your school.
