You Can't Do it Alone: Cultivating Admission, Marketing, Development and Program Collaboration to Foster Unprecedented Enrollment Growth

Hillbrook School, a JK - 8th grade school in Los Gatos, California, increased enrollment by 23 percent over three years as part of a four-year strategic growth plan. Fueled by an innovative Advancement model, this growth was created by a research-based synergy between theĀ  admission, marketing and program teams, with three-year outcomes that included increases in inquiries, applications, enrollment, diversity and retention. This session will highlight lessons learned and approaches to successful collaboration between admission, marketing, development, program leadership and faculty, as well as by utilizing readily accessible NAIS resources.
