Description: This course will provide you with an understanding of why fraud is so common in dental practices, along with basic warning signs and simple steps to strengthen your control environment. In addition, this course will guide you in how to make your team comfortable with fraud conversations, as well as what to do when fraud is uncovered in your practice. Finally, you will leave with a simple control checklist you can implement when you return to your practice.
