REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
To start a new registration please click the "New Registration" button to the right and enter your preferred email address. Entering an alternate email address may result in misidentifying you and adding you to the wrong registration class.  For questions regarding your registration, please email meetings@agd.org or contact the AGD Membership Call Center at 888-243-3368. The call center is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. CDT.  

To modify an existing registration, please click the "Modify Registration" button. To log in, please use the preferred email address and last name of the registered attendee.

PLEASE NOTE: The system automatically places a temporary hold on any incomplete registrations. If the registration screen is exited prior to completion, please wait 60 minutes and you will automatically receive an email with a link to complete your registration (follow the link  and click on "New Registration").   • Opening Session on Thursday morning, with Keynote Speaker Mark Miodownik
  • President's Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall (Thursday night)
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall (Thursday through Saturday)
  • Oral Health Literacy Symposium on Friday morning
  • General Session & ePoster awards on Saturday morning
  • ePoster Presentations (Friday 12 to 2 p.m.)

REGISTRATION FEES
  • The advance registration rate deadline is June 1, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. CDT.
  • Regular registration closes June 30, 2017 at 5 p.m. CDT.
  • Onsite registration opens on July 12, 2017 at 3 p.m. CDT.

    Cancellation Policy for Registration: Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if written requests are received by AGD on or before 5 p.m. CDT June 23, 2017. Cancellation requests received after the June 23 deadline will not be eligible for credit or refund. Please email your request to meetings@agd.org or fax to 312.440.0513. 

    Registration and attendance at, or participation in AGD2017 and other associated activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit the Academy of General Dentistry to the use and the distribution of the registrant or attendee's image and/or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, audiotapes, and in any media, now or hereafter contemplated, in perpetuity, in the sole discretion of the AGD.
