Bio
Willie was educated at Inverness Royal Academy and at the University of Aberdeen where he graduated with an Honours degree in Psychology and afterwards a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources. He went on to pursue a career in management within the NHS, based in London. He returned to Scotland in 1985 to join a major UK recruitment group and became a Director of that group in 1988, he was a key figure in its management buyout the following year. Willie subsequently established a successful 'standalone' executive search business for that group before leaving to help found FWB (now FWB Park Brown) in 1993. Willie is also a Non-Executive Director of Inverness Caledonian Thistle Football Club.
