Stephen is the Managing Partner for CMS based in the UK. He joined the board in 2013 as Practice Group Manager of the Energy, Projects and Construction team. In this role Stephen held international responsibilities with teams based in London, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dubai, Muscat, Rio and Singapore. He also was Co-Executive Partner in Scotland. Stephen was instrumental in orchestrating the combination with Dundas & Wilson in 2014, initiating and leading the discussions that led to what media called one of the most successful mergers in the legal sector that year. In his role as Executive Partner, Scotland, he also had responsibility for teams in Banking, Corporate, CRD, Human Capital and Real Estate.
