Jan is founder of Quiver Management Ltd, a European quality award winning executive coaching and leadership training company specialising in coaching and development of senior executives and business owners. Quiver Management provides accredited leadership and management development courses and runs internationally recognised coaching and mentoring training programmes. He has coached a large number of senior executives, helping them grow their leadership skills, their teams’ performance and their businesses. Jan has been on the Advisory Board of EMCC UK, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, for a number of years and regularly speaks at industry events. In addition, Jan is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and holds an MBA from Henley Management.
