Bio
Carole studied English Literature at Aberdeen University and completed her IPD qualifications by distance learning during the early years of her career. Upon graduating Carole moved to London to work with the BBC Russian Service as a Production Assistant prior to moving into HR roles. In terms of HR roles Carole has worked in local government, computer software manufacturing, Further and Higher Education and for the last 17 years has worked as HR Director at legal firm Shepherd and Wedderburn. Carole is a MIPD qualified and her team manages all generalist HR, payroll/benefits and learning and development within the 500 employee, 4 office business.
