- Wear black in honor of the Onyx, the gem symbolizing strength, determination, and perseverance.
- Wear white in honor of the Pearl, the gem symbolizing value, elegance, and integrity.
- Wear a touch of red in honor of the Ruby, the most powerful gem in the universe symbolizing vitality and royalty.
- Registrants will receive a beverage pass for one cocktail or two non-alcoholic beverages. Our Presenting and Ruby Sponsors will receive a cocktail pass for unlimited cocktails for the duration of the evening. Wine will be complimentary of Valley Vineyards. Sample imported & domestic cheeses, vegetables, tropical fruits, and dips as you mingle during the Excellence Social Hour.
- Indulge in roasted prime rib of beef, roasted breast of turkey, meatballs in kiwi barbeque sauce, sesame chicken, tuxedo pasta, mini quiche Lorraine, shrimp wraps, cheddar cheese puffs, chicken wellington, vegetable spring rolls, mini brie, and spanakopita during the Swanky hors d’ouevres reception.
- Overindulge in Chef’s choice of gourmet mini desserts including key lime pies, cannolis, cheesecake bites, chocolate cake bites, brownies, and seasonal items as well.
