2014 GCMAS Annual Conference

Exhibitor Registration Is Now Open

The 2014 GCMAS Annual Meeting offers exhibitors an opportunity to interact with directors, managers and staff of movement analysis clinics and research laboratories from around the United States and beyond. This year’s program includes designated and unopposed time in the exhibit/poster/food area, including scientific poster sessions spread over two days and multiple breaks throughout the conference. Exhibitor registration includes complimentary attendance at all Conference functions for two people, including the Welcome Reception and Banquet, to allow interactions with attendees in a more social setting.

This year’s conference includes dormitory housing with single rooms (with private bath) available at $35/night, double rooms (2 singles with bath shared between 2 rooms) at $30/night, and quad rooms (2 double rooms sharing 1 bath) at $25/night, so we anticipate a large student turnout. These individuals will be the future leaders of movement analysis, so this is a great opportunity to introduce them to your projects/services and cultivate customers for year to come.

In addition to exhibit opportunities, a number of sponsorship opportunities are available for your consideration. These opportunities will serve to maximize your visibility and exposure to attendees at the conference.

Exhibitor participation in this meeting is greatly appreciated and essential to its overall success. Please review the information on this page for additional details. Contact Jim Richards (Conference Chair; jimr@udel.edu) with any questions. We look forward to working with you and making the 19th Annual GCMAS Meeting the largest and best ever!
