Cancellation Policy:
By registering for this event you are agreeing to the PSN Cancellation policy stated below. PSN Cancellation policy applies to all paid ticket tiers

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be eligible for full refund of the registration fee but will incur a $50.00 administration fee.

Registrations cancelled less than 60 but no more than 30 days before the event will be eligible for 50% refund of the registration fees and will incur a $50.00 administration fee.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Substitution/Transfer of Ticket:
If, after booking for the conference you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. Please advise substitutions/or cancellations via email so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk. 

 

Payments:
Payment for the event can be made by online credit card transaction through the secure gateway or by  requesting a tax invoice on the payment page of the registration process.

Credit Card:
All credit card transactions will incur a 1.8% surcharge. Follow the prompts on the payment page when registering

Invoice:
Invoices can be generated from the payment page during the registration process. Payment is to be made 14 days from invoice being generated. If the event is less than 14 days away the invoice must be paid prior to the event or access will not be granted to event. Cancellations fee apply.

Payment of invoices can be made via EFT or by clicking the credit card links on the invoice.
