One Day Registration: Rate includes all sessions on your selected day, access to the Exhibit Hall, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks, Opening Ceremony & Memorial Service, Welcome Reception (incl. 1 drink ticket), Hospitality Rooms, Exhibit Hall Tailgate (incl. 1 drink ticket).

Sunday Fun Night - Girletz Rodeo Ranch Ticket: The Fun Night takes place on Sunday, September 15, and one ticket is included in the Full Conference Member and Non-Member registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased for guests or with Daily Registrations. Fun Night tickets includes shuttle.
Awards Gala Dinner Ticket: The Awards Gala Dinner takes place on Monday, September 16, and one ticket is included in the Full Conference Member and Non-Member registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased for guests or with Daily Registrations. Awards Gala Dinner tickets include the Gala Reception, plated Dinner and access to the Hospitality Room (if applicable).
Joint CAFC/AFEW Meeting Only: Select this option if you do not wish to participate in any part of the Conference, but only the AFEW Session on Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Joint CAFC/AFEW Meeting is open to individuals eligible to be members of the AFEW or CAFC Women Chief and Company Officers Network of Canada.*

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before Monday, August 12, 2019 to receive a refund less a $100 registration cancellation processing fee. After August 12, 2019 no refunds will be granted. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Substitutions / name replacements of a registered Fire - Rescue Canada attendee by a business colleague/co-worker are accepted at no additional charge. Please provide the new name prior to conference.
