The 2021 Fraud Conference will be a hybrid event, both in-person and virtual.  For those attendees who choose the in-person option, we will be requiring COVID-19 vaccination, and confirming status at the onsite Registration table.  To make this process as efficient as possible, we will be using the NYS Excelsior Pass. 

• We will not be maintaining any copies of your vaccination record, and the NYS scanner app does not maintain a digital record of passes it scans.  
• If you are vaccinated, the NYS Excelsior Pass is not requesting any information that you did not already provide at the time of your vaccination.  The app and scanner are run by the State of New York and accesses the NYS Department of Health's database.
• If you don't wish to obtain a NYS Excelsior Pass, were vacinated outside of NYS, or were otherwise unable to obtain a digital pass, please plan on bringing your original CDC COVID-19 vaccination card to the event.
• If you are not vaccinated, or do not wish to show proof of vaccination, please select the virtual registration option.

Step 1:  Go to your device's app store and download the "NYS Excelsior Pass Wallet" app.  If you don't want to get the app, you can get the pass directly at the DOH website (in Step 2) and print it our for scanning at the event.

Step 2:   Go to the Excelsior Pass web portal

Step 3:  Answer a few questions to confirm your vaccine information

Step 4:  Print your Pass, take a screenshot, or use the QR code to add it using the "+" in the NYS Excelsior Pass Wallet app from Step 1.

Excelsior Pass (Blue) v. Excelsior Pass Plus (White)

Both passes will confirm your vaccination status.  The new White Plus pass provides your full vaccination details (lot number, location, etc) and can be used outside of New York State.
