As we get closer to the event, here is some helpful information to finalize your booth arrangements in Keystone, CO.

Each 8' x 10' Exhibit Includes:

Ballroom is Carpeted
(1) 5 amp Electrical Outlet
(1) 6ft draped table + (2) chairs
(1) Trashcan
(1) Complimentary Staff Registration Badge per 8' x 10'  (All exhibitors must be badged)
 

What’s Are the Next Steps:

After securing your booth space below, you will receive a letter confirming your booth space number. The letter will also provide your discount code to register for badges and the link to secure additional staff badges.  All staff must have a registration badge.  Any staff over your comp staff allotment will be $245.

Charge for handling packages is $10.00 per package for packages under 70 pounds.  Packages, crates, carton, etc. over 70 pounds will be charged the rate of $.25 per pound.  The handling charge is applied to all packages received or shipped. United Parcel Service, Federal Express and Airborne Express are all shipping companies that can be used to ship to the above-mentioned address.

Please DO NOT ship via US Postal Service to this address. Freight deliveries will also be accepted at the above address, however, it is the Group’s responsibility to make arrangements with freight companies for inbound and/or outbound service.

Exhibit Cancelation Policy:
All cancellation notices must be received by September 7, 2019.  Booth space(s) will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee.  After this date, booth(s) are non-refundable.
