After discovering that men walked on the Moon in the 1960s and 1970s, Amy set
out trying to understand how and why that happened. Her childhood curiosity gave way to an adult profession as a spaceflight historian, because the more you try to understand the Moon landing the more complicated the answer gets.
Amy now shares her enthusiasm and curiosity as the blogger and vlogger behind Vintage Space. Come and find out what’s on the dark side of the moon, what Dyna-Soars have to do with space travel and other fascinating stories from space.

FREEDOM CLASS GIANT DRONE RACING Taking a trip into the history of Drone Racing, we will explore it from it's earliest days, when a handful of hackers connected through the internet and modified a Nintendo Wii controller into the earlier ancestors of drones, through to the modern day equivalents as they face phenomenal growth as a sport across the globe. See how racing drones went from 45cm in size, down to 15cm, and then back up to 150cm as priorities shifted among the participants towards greater speed and visibility.
