Q. What is included in my registration?
A. Full Registration options will include workshops sessions, Plenary sessions, keynote luncheon, two continental breakfast, two lunch meals, access to evening events and live performances, access to gallery space & registration materials. Daily Rate will include breakfast and lunch for the day selected and access to workshops, plenaries and evening events occurring on the same day.
Q. Can I download the registration form and fax it to you with my credit card number?
A. Yes, please email facingrace@arc.org to receive an application. Payments for offline registrations must be received within 30 days or the registration will be canceled. [DH1]
Q. Can I register and pay on site?
A. Please note that space is limited, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We highly encourage pre-registration and online payments to ensure your space at the conference.
Q. Is there a daily rate to attend the conference?
A. The daily rate is $125/day.
A. Please note: no refunds will be processed after October 1, 2012. Cancellations received in writing/via email before October 1, 2012 will receive a refund for their registration fee as follows:

Q. Is it possible to register for other persons? Can I purchase more than one type of registration?
A. Yes, you can opt to register another person during the online registration process. However, group discounts are now closed.
Q. Are there scholarships available to help me attend Facing Race 2012?
A. We got terrific last minute support for limited scholarships for nearby folks. If you are in MD, PA, DE, DC , VA, NY or NJ please apply by November 11, 2012. Priority will be given to Baltimoreans. To download an application, please click here. Completed applications should be submitted to Jeong Bae at fr12scholarship@arc.org. Scholarship recipients are subject to a $50 application fee.
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
Q. Is there a discounted group rate offered at the Baltimore Hilton?
A. Discounted hotel rooms are no longer available. Please contact the Baltimore Hilton or other local hotels for accommodation.
TRANSPORTATION
BY AIR: The Baltimore Hilton is approximately 10 miles from the BWI Airport. Below are some options for local transportation and approximate costs.
Please note: The light rail system from the airport has a stop right outside the doors of the Baltimore Hilton. We encourage all Facing Race participants to support public transportation by taking the light rail to get to/from the airport.

BY CAR: If you are driving your car to the conference the parking rates at the hotel are $28 a day for self-parking with in/out privilege.
BY BUS: If taking a bus to the conference, please be aware of drop off locations and arrange car-service if necessary. Here are a few options for bus companies: Mega Bus; Bolt Bus (Goes directly to Baltimore Penn Station)

We have
ample sunny space at the Hilton convention center to create our own vendor
fair.
If you know of a group, organization, business, artist(s) or even your OWN creative self who would like to do outreach, recruitment or direct sales in the midst of the excitement, networking and BUZZ of the Facing Race Conference, speak up NOW!!
We have plenty of tabletop display spaces at a variety of prices and configurations. If you have a convention booth of your own—well, let’s talk. If you can’t attend, we have other possible promotional venues that might work for you.
We would love to have our community spread the word to all your contacts who would benefit from visibility at the November 15th-17th gathering.
