Andrew Bracey (Co-Chair)

Andrew Bracey is Operations Manager at BPIF Training since April 2005 where he leads a team of 8 delivering apprenticeships from Level 2 through to Level 5 and other customised training to the print industry across the UK. The BPIF is the principal business support organisation representing the UK print, printed packaging and graphic communication industry and is one of the country's leading trade associations. Andrew has previously worked as Head of Print Apprenticeships at Thames Valley University. He originally served his time with the industry as a Litho Printer at Field Packaging and progressed to Litho Production Manager. As a one time apprentice himself, Andrew believes passionately in the importance and value of education whether this is through schools, colleges or work based learning.



Andy Barton
Product Specialist
EAL

Andrew Barton has the responsibility of management and development of competency and technical knowledge vocational qualifications and accredited training across the engineering sector.

He works with apprenticeship trailblazer employer groups which include; Aerospace and Automotive in the development of competency and technical knowledge qualification across a range of engineering occupational standards. In December 2012 Andrew joined EAL as a Product Specialist following over 21 years in the motor industry including vehicle maintenance, repair and manufacturing sectors and over 3 years in a training and assessor role within Business Improvement techniques, Electric vehicle hazard awareness, maintenance and repair.

Phillip Bryant
Sector Strategist - Engineering
AQA

At AQA I have responsibility for our strategy for technical and vocational education in the engineering sector. In this role I work with schools, colleges, academies, professional bodies, employers and HE institutions to create a technical vocational offering that will offer young learners the best possible progression route into employment or further study.

I am responsible for defining what such a vocational offering might look like, and then working with key stakeholders to develop the qualifications and support materials and launch them into the market. 



Rebecca Cooke
Qualifications and Assessment Development Manager
ABC Awards

          I have recently joined ABC Awards as a Qualification and Assessment Development Manager. I previously worked for a different Awarding Organisation as a Qualification Development Manager and specialised in the development of vocational and licence-linked qualifications and assessments. Prior to this, I worked as a Teacher delivering A Level Law, Sociology and Public Services qualifications.




Stephen Ram Kissun
Head of Membership and Marketing
Association of Employment and Learning Providers

I am responsible for the recruitment of training organisations into AELP membership and growing membership up to 1,000 members over next two years. Remit includes the promotion of AELP branded communications/associated member services, marketing services, and social media activities; development of new services/benefits for members, fostering new business development opportunities and building new collaborative arrangements with key stakeholders involved in learning, skills and employability provision.
