WHAT ARE DHL GLOBAL SECTOR CONFERENCES?
The DHL Global Sector Conferences are annual events of DHL’s top Customers and partners representing a specific industry sector. It’s where DHL Customers and partners come together to network, share ideas that drive business growth and identify new opportunities for process excellence in the supply chain and logistics. Attendees come from the region from a range of energy industries representing many of the most successful and influential businesses in the world. Senior DHL executives will also be in attendance, allowing excellent opportunities for one to one discussions and facilitation for direct feedback. As this sector continues on its road to transformation, these insights are vital in the preparation and development for your future business plans.
ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE MARRIOTT MARQUIS HOTEL
The special delegate rate of $209 per room per night at the Marriott Marquis Hotel is available to conference guests for the day prior to and the day after the conference. During your registration you will be able to select your hotel requirements. Once you have completed your conference registration we will secure your room request from our block. We will send you a confirmation closer to the event date. You will receive this unless you have requested ‘no accommodation’ in your registration.
IS THIS EVENT OPEN TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE?
Attendance to the 2019 Energy Conference is by invitation only. Invited guests are welcome to share their invite with colleagues from within their company organization. All registration requests received will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Is there a fee to attend the conference
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE
Tuesday October 15, Conference Opening: DHL delegates - smart business (tie optional); Customers are invited also to wear business casual, smart jeans are also OK.
WHAT COSTS ARE COVERED BY DHL?
DHL will cover the cost of all scheduled meals at the hotel for the duration of the conference including: October 15, 2019 - Welcome coffee | Lunch | closing drinks reception. Hotel bedrooms costs shoudl be covered by teh delegate. All costs for activities that are part of the conference agenda is covered by DHL. Complimentary (in room) Wi-Fi will be provided to all Conference delegates for the duration of the conference.
