Dell Enterprise Partner Awards Incentive - Terms and Conditions


1. The Dell Enterprise Partner Awards Incentive (the "Incentive") is the subject to the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs"). The 'Promoter' of this Incentive is Dell Corporation Limited, Dell House, Cain Road, Bracknell, Berks, RG12 1LF.


2. Eligibility to Participate

2.1 The Incentive is open to Dell Channel Sales Partner personnel (meaning employees of Value Added Resellers, Direct Market Resellers, Managed Service Partners and/ or Distributor) engaged or employed by Dell Channel Partners whose registered office is located in the UK (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man). This offer is not open to sales employees of Dell, their agents (including employees of HAMG360 or eTouches) or anyone connected with the Incentive.


2.2 To participate in this Incentive, UK Channel Sales partner personnel must satisfy the following criteria:-

  • Partner organistaion has supported sales od Dell's Enterprise Solutions product portfolio (Servers, Storage and Networking) during 2015;
  • During the "Incentive Period" (running from 1 February to 28 August 2015), individual has registered (using Dell's Deal Registration process) at least one (1) Enterprise Solutions customer deal, with an order of no less than £10,000, for a new Dell customer (meaning a customer who has not purchased from the Dell Enterprise Solutions product portfolio within the past 5 years - since 2000) (a "Qualifying Deal"); and
  • Before the end of the Incentive Period, individual must register any Qualifying Deals (in respect of which there are no limit so please register as many as you are able to make - likelihood of receiving the reward will increase with each large Qualifying Deal registered - as set out in 3.2 below) via the Incentive microsite Dell Depa, including all required information.


3. Incentive - Enterprise Awards Dinner

3.1 The incentive reward is available as follows;-

  • An invitation to an exclusive Dell Enterprise Awards Gala Dinner taking place on Friday 16 October at The Savoy Hotel, Strand, London, WC2R 0EU - at which winners will celebrate their achievements together and with Dell. Invitation is for the individual Channel Sales Partner personnel winner plus one (1) guest and includes a Gala dinner, drinks and evening entertainment at The Savoy; followed by the Dell Enterprise Partner Awards celebration.
  • An overnight stay for two (2) at the Savoy Hotel on Friday 16 October, on a bed and breakfast basis.

For the avoidance of doubt, not included in the reward are the following costs:

  • Room Service;
  • Meals and beverages outside those provided at the Gala Dinner event on Friday 16 October and breakfast on Saturday 17 October;
  • Travel costs to and from The Savoy Hotel/ London; or
  • Travel or other insurances as may be required by the individual attendee, e.g. if required in line with Partner's employment policy, etc.

3.2 Further to satisfaction of the qualifying criteria, Incentive rewards will be allocated as follows (where multiple Qualifying Deals will count towards that individual's 'order size':-

  • For Value Added Resellers and Direct Market Resellers, rewards will be allocated to those individuals registering the top 60 deals based on order size (revenue, in £);
  • For Managed Service Providers, rewards will be allocated to those individuals registering the top 10 deals based on order size in (revenue, £); and
  • For Distributors, rewards will be allocated to those individuals registering the top 10 deals based on order size (revenue, £).


4. Conditions

4.1 By participating in the Incentive and registering one or more Qualifying Deals, each Channel Sales Partner employee/ representative warrants that they have the consent of their employer (the Dell Channel Sales Partner) to participate in this Incentive and to attend the Enterprise Awards Dinner if they are offered the reward.


4.2 There are no restrictions on the number of Qualifying Deals that an individual Channel Sales person may register.


4.3 Details of all Qualifying deals will be verified by Dell Sales Operations, based on the Dell Deal Registration number.


4.4 The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, offer additional Incentive rewards to those noted in these T&Cs or offer Incentive rewards to individuals who do not meet all of the Eligibility criteria but are nevertheless considered by the Promoter to be worthy of reward/ recognition for their Dell Enterprise Solution sales effort during 2015.


4.5 There is no alternative or cash equivalent of the Incentive reward.


4.6 To the extent that the Incentive reward may be considered a taxable benefit, all tax liability shall remain with the individual recipient.


4.7 By accepting the Incentive reward, individual Channel Sales Partner employees/ representatives acknowledge that they are accepting this reward or benefit from Dell, having an approximate value of £700, voluntarily and that they are free to refuse the reward. By accepting the reward, however, participants acknowledge that this is in compliance with their internal Partner rules and applicable legislation.


4.8 By accepting the Incentive reward, individuals acknowledge that they may be required to be used in Dell publicity, without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the individual's name/ or likeness, voice, photographs, biographical information and/or any statement made by them concerning the Incentive. Participants agree, and warranty that the relevant Dell Channel sales Partner has agreed, that any or all such elements may be used by the Promoter in any and all media as the Promoter in its discretion sees fit.


4.9 The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the Incentive.


4.10 Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information by means of Qualifying Deal registration will result in disqualification from this Incentive and potentially also future Dell Incentives/ promotions and may also result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.


4.11 The Promoter retains the right to change these T&Cs at any point during the Incentive Period.


4.12 All instructions form part of these T&Cs.


4.13 The decisions of the Promoter as regards all aspects of this Incentive shall be final and binding on all participants.


5. Privacy

Each participant registering a Qualifying Deal for consideration for this Incentive must supply the details requested on the online registration form.
