Event Description

Then you need to attend the four-day Conference, it’s packed full of amazing sessions and speakers, inspiring and entertaining keynotes and great networking activities with your peers! Our goal is to provide you with walkaway skills and innovative solution for you to implement immediately! 

GETTING AHEAD OF POVERTY: 
The 2015 Federal Regions 8 & 10 Community Action Conference is a private and publicly funded event that engages policy makers, government employees, social service agencies, nonprofits, advocates, volunteers and people with low-income in intensive learning, training and planning around poverty issues. We share best practices and models for policies and programs that really work. We provide concrete examples of how people can become engaged as anti-poverty advocates.
