Students from CCURI partner institutions are eligible to have travel and registration costs covered by the CCURI NSF grant. Funding is awarded on a first come first serve basis and is limited to a total of 30 students, not to exceed 2 students from a single institution.

***Rooms are single rooms for faculty and shared rooms for students. Single rooms available for students for an additional $200 due at time of registration***

All cancellations must be received in writing to Heather Bock (heather.bock@flcc.edu) thirty (30) business days prior to the start date of the event, unless otherwise noted. Requests prior to the cancellation deadline will receive a full refund, less a fifty dollar ($50) cancellation fee. Registration substitutions will be approved on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a fifty dollar ($50) substitution fee.
