Overview

The AELP Business Related Services Sector Forum is a half day event for Members of AELP to attend. These events are complimentary to all Members to attend.

The Business Related Services Sector Forum is designed for AELP Members involved in the development and delivery of skills and employability provision in business and related skills including customer service. The forum provides an opportunity to debate key issues and receive updates on new policy developments and funding methodology impacting on Traineeships, Apprenticeships and employability programmes (Youth Contract and Work Programmes).

The Sector Forum will focus on topical and key issues of the day, e.g. Apprenticeship Trailblazer Projects; Updates on Consultations; and the proposed reforms to qualifications and the funding models to support skills and employability provision.

The Sector Forum is usually chaired by Caroline Groom learndirect's Business Improvement Director but on the 5th February 2015 Chris Turner Head of Quality Assurance at learndirect will be the chair. For more details of the chair and invited speakers click here.

Unable to Attend?

This event is complimentary to attend for AELP Members. If you are unable to attend after initial registration please contact the AELP SIG & Sector Forum Administrator by email only at memberevents@aelp.org.uk to enable this place to be offered to another AELP Member. Alternatively, AELP is happy to accept a substitute from the same organisation. Please ensure you advise us of the replacement delegate name in advance of the event.

Failure to inform AELP at least 48 hours before an event by email only of non-attendance will result in an automatic £25.00 + VAT cancellation fee to cover costs.
