Special Airfare Discounts
The 2016 BMT Tandem Meetings have arranged with United Airlines for special discounts on airfares to Honolulu. You can save up to 10% when your tickets are purchased on United Airlines. Some restrictions may apply. Use the following promotional code when purchasing your tickets to receive the discount: ZVEB145578.
How to get the discount:
- Visit www.united.com or call United's toll-free number, 1-800-426-1122 and mention BMT Tandem Meetings code, ZVEB145578, to qualify for discount fares.
- Contact Uniglobe Preferred Travel at 1-800-626-0359 and after the prompt dial "0" (M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST). If you prefer you may book your travel online at www.uniglobepreferred.com. Scroll down and click on Rapid-Rez links. When the booking page comes up, click on "Create New User". Enter personal information, number and billing address to make a reservation. Scroll down and click "Save". Click on the "Travel Planner" tab to make a reservation and select BMT Tandem Meetings for the "Trip Reason". Please record your User ID and your Password for future use. Discount fares are automatically displayed on this site and booking on this site will have a reduced agency service fee of $15.

Car Rental
Avis offers meeting registrants special discounts on a wide selection of vehicles, from one week before to one week after the BMT Tandem Meetings. To reserve a car, contact Avis at (800) 331-1212 and use the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number S012600. Or click the book now button below to reserve online and include the discount number in the reservation. You will receive an email confirmation for your records.
The Hawaii Convention Center is easy to access by foot, public transportation, taxi or uber.
Uber
The BMT Tandem Meetings have partnered with Uber to provide first-time users with a free ride up to $20. Uber is an on-demand car service app. Request a ride through the iPhone and Android apps and within minutes, a car will be curbside. Rides are billed directly to your credit card, so there's no need to carry cash. Plus, your receipt is automatically emailed to you at the end of the ride. First-time riders use code BMTTANDEM to receive your free ride.
