Call for Abstracts - Abstract Submission is now closed
All
presenting authors are required to register and pay to attend the BINI 2015 conference.
Please note the BINI 2015 Conference Registration and the Abstract Submission are two completely separate systems. Therefore if you wish to submit an abstract and attend the conference you must register on both.
Abstracts will be reviewed for either Poster or Oral presentation. (Oral presentation places are limited and selected abstracts will be limited to 10/15 minutes presentation time)

- Vascular Biomechanics and Devices

Engineers Ireland Biomedical Research Medal
The Engineers Ireland Biomedical
Research Medal is awarded
annually to a PhD student deemed to be making a significant contribution to the
field of biomedical engineering research as evidenced by the submission of a
research paper and delivery of a presentation summarising his/her work.
The winner will receive the commemorative medal and will also be invited to
publish the research paper in the Engineers
Journal, the official
publication of Engineers Ireland. In addition, they will receive a
€1,000 honorarium. Many thanks to the Depuy Synthes for sponsoring the 2015 event.
The 2015 Medal will be presented at the BINI 2015 Conference. Finalists will be shortlisted based on a submission of a one-page abstract (click here to download the template), in addition to the abstract for the conference (please see above instructions - Point 1). The shortlisted finalists will be invited to submit a 6 page research paper and will present their research in a plenary session on the opening day of the conference.
