Food Vendor Day of Festival Safety Precautions
Yes, you may register before completing these requirements,
but we will require the documents by September 10
Based upon ticket sales, we will keep food vendors informed of expected
attendance to allow you to adequately prepare; Expected attendance is several thousand.
ALL VENDORS:
Arriving to the event accordingly and on time to set up by the time the festival begins
(specific set up time will be emailed to all vendors as event date draws closer)
Staying until the end of the festival
Please do not collapse your booth until the event ends at 5PM
Payment for the vending site
(we will not be able to reserve your spot or exclusivity to your food item
unless you are a registered vendor)
Please provide your necessary set up supplies
(Table, chairs, extension cords)
