AVAR 2014

How to get to Sydney:

By plane:
Fly directly to Sydney airport - 25min drive to the conference venue#
There are lots of direct flights from the main hubs such as: London, Frankfurt, Munich, Delhi, Singapore, Los Angeles, San Francisco etc.

For more details see travel planner on the Sydney airport site.

Alternative ways:

By boat: might be a bit time consuming, but might work out to match the conference dates with an extended cruise trip

By bus/train: also possible - for example using Trans-Siberian Railway, but considering you would need to change the vehicle more often, we'd advise packing lightly

For tips how to get to Australia without flying, check here.

By car: this might be probably the most adventurous option - let us know, if it worked !
