The program fee for this workshop is a fixed cost per team. It is recommended that each participating team registers three to five team members.

Additions/Replacements
If a team member is no longer available, the institution should make a replacement. Additions and replacements can be made up to November 2, 2020, and must be submitted in writing to HLC.
Cancellations/Refunds
HLC must be notified of all cancellations in writing. Any refunds due to cancellation will be based on the dates below:
- Cancellations requested on or before November 2, 2020, will qualify for a full refund less a $25 processing fee per person.
- No-shows or cancellations requested after November 2, 2020 are not eligible for a refund.
