Non Government Organisations: A special rate for NGO's is available. Please email events@aic.gov.au for more information.
Australian registrants: GST of 10% is applicable to Australian registrants and will be added to the booking at payment confirmation.
New Zealand registrants: No GST is applicable to
registrants from outside of Australia. To pay the set NZD exchange rate
figure (as shown in price list) you must select to pay by invoice. If
you choose to pay by credit card you will be charged the exchange rate
of that day on the AUD price.
Terms and Conditions
- Full payment is required prior to the conference to confirm your registration.
- Notification of any alterations or cancellations must be sent by email to the Conference Coordinator.
- A full refund or registration fees, less an administration fee of $100, will be paid to any delegate cancelling before 28 February 2015. No refunds will be issued after this date.
- If a registered delegate is unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no additional cost. The substitute delegate's details must be emailed to the Conference Coordinator in writing.
Hotel Information
Delegates are invited to stay at the conference location - Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland.
Deluxe Twin/King Room - NZD 180.00 (inclusive of GST).
Rooms will be charged by the hotel at NZD 180.00 per night.
