Tricia Fastje

Tricia Fastje, Director of Business Solutions. Prior to joining (C) Systems Tricia was the Manager of Database Services for the Michigan Farm Bureau where she was responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the iMIS database. Tricia’s experience as an iMIS end-user as well as her 7 years of experience serving as a Project Manager and Application Consultant provide her with the ability to craft solutions that meet organization’s needs. Her ability to efficiently translate requirements into recommendations that benefit the organization as a whole has made Tricia instrumental in the delivery of creative solutions for a number of clients. Her knowledge of the iMIS platform and its features make her an invaluable resource when talking to organizations about revised business rules, how to effectively manage change and reach organizational goals. Her participation in numerous projects and committee-based initiatives within the iMIS Community has driven the development and application of best practices and standards for iMIS implementations overall. She is skilled at building strong relationships and is focused on providing common-sense advice with actionable project plans to support client success. Tricia is often asked to speak at local and national events about topics that affect organizational operations as they relate to iMIS.

ASI is a leading provider of Integrated CRM and Web solutions to the Global Not for Profity Industry. I perform Pre-Sales support, demonstrations, presentations and initial solution architecture for Not for profit organisations.
Jyoti comes from a NFP background, having worked as a database manager at Sue Ryder Care and in higher education at London Business School. He has worked as an application consultant at ASI for 5 years, supporting the UK sales and marketing teams. He also sits on the IoF technical committee, is financial secretary of charity AMURT. Michele Morgan

I have been in association management for the last 20 years. I started working with NiUG International as their AMC in 2004 and was then ask to come on as their first staff person and their Executive Director. Prior to that I worked for the NKBA - National Kitchen & Bath Association in Hackettstown, NJ. While with NKBA I made my way around a few departments in my 11 years there; meetings, membership, accounting, customer service department, marketing where I was suddenly thrust into the world of database management, reporting, content/website management etc... I then moved on to be the assistant database manager and finally on to be the Assistant Director of Operations. Needless to say, association management has NEVER been a dull moment for me!
 
Doug Morris

Doug Morris is president of Computer System Innovations, Inc. (CSI) located in the Wheaton Illinois. Doug founded CSI in 1991 and became one of the first Authorized iMIS Solution Providers in early 1992. Doug is actively involved with NiUG International. He has served on the Board as the Associate Liaison since 2005 and co-chairs both the Program and Sponsorship Committees. He can often be found presenting at various NiUG events around the world.
 
Brian Schramm
CFO
Society of Critical Care Medicine
Brian is the Chief Financial Officer for the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM). He has worked for SCCM for 10 years. As CFO, he oversees Finance, Customer Service and Facilities for the organization. SCCM has been working with iMIS since 2006. Brian has worked in Association Management for 15 years. He received his Certified Association Executive credential from ASAE in 2005. He has an Accounting degree from Elmhurst College. He lives with his wife and two children in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
 
Diane Scott
Advanced Solutions International
Diane joined ASi in August 2010 with 15 years of experience in medical associations in the United States, from both the customer service and information technology side. Prior to coming to ASI, Diane worked in membership and then IT help desk at the American Academy of Dermatology. She then moved to Society of Critical Care Medicine where she worked for 9.5 years prior to moving to Scotland with her husband and daughters. At SCCM Diane worked as Customer Service Manager and then Director of Technology. As a part of her work there, she was involved in two AMS implementations, first implementing TIMSS from a variety of legacy systems and databases, and then was part of the team that went through software selection, conversion and implementation of iMIS. Her current work at ASI ranges from business analyst work, web and desktop implementations, and SQL coding.

Experience of change management, business-aligned IT architecture, strategy definition, technology roadmaps, product development, software design, customer support, CRM solutions, project delivery, product installation, technology upgrades & new technology deployment initiatives within leading-edge environments.
