Exhibitor Opportunities 

 

Exhibit Booth    $750 (one day)   I   $1,200 (two day)

  • One exhibit space containing one 6 foot table, tablecloth, and skirt
  • Includes one registration to the conference on the day/days organization has signed up to exhibit
  • Acknowledgement as a conference exhibitor on the MEDA website, MEDA newsletter, and MEDA social media platforms.
  
 

Take-One Table    $150

  • The opportunity to leave either a brochure or one page of literature to be displayed at tables in the Exhibitor’s section on Friday and/or Saturday
  • Acknowledgement as a conference exhibitor on the MEDA website, MEDA newsletter, and MEDA social media platforms.
Materials for Take-One Tables should be shipped to MEDA (92 Pearl Street Newton, MA 02458) no later than March 22, 2013. Staff will place your information in the appropriate place at the conference
