Retired Deputy Chairman of RBC Financial Group, Gord Feeney has led a distinguished 42-year career in the financial industry. He was Chairman of Canada Post Corporation (2004-2007) and is currently Chairman of Rainsford Lane Prestige Properties as well as a Director at Davis and Henderson. In addition, Mr. Feeney is the Honorary Consul for the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and serves on several community boards. He understands first-hand the impact effective recognition practices can have on reducing employee turnover and increasing employee motivation. His leadership and insight will guide us in reaching our goals for the future

Nebraska.  
 
With his experience in leadership training, speaking, and facilitating around the world, Max brings a global perspective to the challenge of motivating people. Audiences at companies such as American Express, GE, HSBC, and Jones Apparel have raved about his interactive, engaging style. Michael Rose

Michael Rose is an independent reward consultant through his company - Rewards Consulting Limited (www.rewardsconsulting.co.uk). Michael’s corporate HR and Reward roles have been in Financial Services, most recently as Director of Total Rewards for Aon covering 16,000 people in the UK and EMEA. Michael also has nearly 10 years experience as a reward consultant with KPMG and Arthur Andersen. He worked with clients across all sectors and in many countries in a very wide range of reward and broader HR projects. Michael has an MA in HRM, is a Companion of the CIPD, an Associate of the CII and a Fellow of the RSA. He was Vice President Reward for the CIPD 2006-2008 and was voted Compensation and Benefits Professional of the year for 2009 by Employee Benefits Magazine. Michael writes and speaks extensively on Reward and HR issues. His first book, Recognising Performance, was published by the CIPD in 2001 and reprinted in 2003. Michael’s new book – A Guide to Non-cash Reward was published by Kogan Page in February this year.
