Visa and Entry Formalities - International Participants – IMPORTANT!
Canada has introduced a new entry requirement, known as an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), for visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to Canada. This regulation will be in force as of September 2016. Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid visa. Read about the changes and how they may affect you.
We recommend that you begin your visitor visa application process at least 3 months prior to arrival into Canada to ensure a timely approval process. 8th IWAQFR 2017 Letters of Invitation are available for request via the online registration system. Failure to do so may result in processing delays, additional fees and/or refusal of entry into Canada. It is important that prior to requesting your Letter of Invitation, you have registered and paid for your registration.
The registration fee includes:
- Daily AM and PM Coffee Breaks for all days
- Access to all technical sessions
- Access to the Poster Session and Reception (includes light hors d'ouevres and cash bar) (January 10)
- Lunch on own
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations received in writing on or before December 16, 2016 will receive a full refund less $50.00 administration fee. After this date, there will be no refunds. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL TO iwaqfr2017registration@legendconferences.com.
