User/University Attendee - $195.00 (registered by June 26, 2025)
User/University Attendee - $245.00 (registered June 27, 2025 or later)
Host Utility (Wolf Hollow) - Complimentary
Full-Time Student - $150.00


VENDOR / SPONSOR REGISTRATION FEES:
Sponsors (includes registration for 1 company attendee) - $2,000.00
Vendor/Independent Consultant (1st registration from company) - $395.00
Vendor/Independent Consultant - (additional 2nd/3rd/+ registration from same company) - $595.00

 


REGISTRATION MODIFICATIONS:

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Payment in full for registration is due by Friday, June 27, 2025.
  • If registration is completed within 30 days of the conference, payment must be received no later than Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
  • Full-Time Student - must provide proof of full-time enrollment
  • University Attendee - must provide proof of employment at university
      
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
  • Cancellations received by June 27, 2025 - Full refund
  • Cancellations received June 28, 2025 and later - No refund*

* Name changes in lieu of cancellation are allowed at no additional fee if the attendee is from the same company and there is no modification in the form of payment.
