Each of these sponsorships is formatted to maximize your networking, sales opportunities and brand recognition and drive booth traffic.

You will be asked to "Accept" the Rules & Regulations within the sponsor registration. This will count as a digital signature of these Terms.

Location & Pricing


Exhibit space costs $2,500 for the first 10’ x 10’ booth and $2,000 for additional 10’ x 10’ space. The assignment of exhibit spaces is based on the following “PRIORITY” criteria:

    - First priority for last year’s contracted booth space
    - Date contract is received
    - Booth preferences

If your desired exhibit space is unavailable, you will be assigned the nearest booth available to the space you request. If Comdata must reassign a booth for any reason, you will be promptly notified.

Booth Inclusions

Each 10' x 10' booth will be furnished with a 6' draped table, two side chairs, wastebasket, company ID sign, 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape. These items are included in the booth space price listed previously.

Additionally, you receive the following benefits and possibly more depending on your sponsorship level:

   - Two full conference registrations
    - 50-word company description and logo on registration website's "2015 Sponsors" section, mobile app and the conference
      program
    - Opportunity to issue a pre- and post-conference promotional mailing to attendees (Sponsor responsible for creation,
      production, processing, and mailing fees)
    - Company materials/brochures included in the tote bags given to all conference attendees
    - Sponsorship ribbon for your company's registration badges
