IIA Chicago Chapter 2024 Annual Golf Classic Sponsorship Opportunities
First, we want to thank all of our past vendors whose sponsorships have enabled this event to be affordable for all.
The IIA Chicago Chapter is excited to continue our partnership with Cog Hill Golf & Country Club as host for the Annual Golf Classic on Monday, August 26, 2024, on Course No. 2. Since opening in 1929, Course No. 2 has been a favorite of Cog Hill's regular golfers. The sporty, championship layout is routed through wooded, rolling terrain and challenges golfers with ravines on nearly half of the holes, hence its nickname the "Ravines." In addition, Cog Hill brings the following technology that should make it more fun for everyone and increase our sponsor exposure to all golfers throughout the golf round:
- Top Tracer – Golf range use includes Top Tracer technology at each hitting bay and shuttle cart service to/from the range. Golf range with complimentary range balls is open from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM. Hitting bays will be reserved for our event at the north end of the driving range nearest to the clubhouse. Be the only sponsor of the golf range with Top Tracer.
- GPS - Each cart is equipped with GPS for course yardages and course map. At each tee box, the sponsor logo will pop up on the GPS unit. A "ding/chime" draws the golfer's attention to the sponsorship. Included in your golf hole sponsorship!
- Golf Genius Mobile App - includes mobile scoring and event results link. The applicable golf hole sponsor’s logo will appear on mobile app when golfer enters team score. All scoring is done through the Golf Genius mobile app. Included in your golf hole sponsorship!
The 2024 program represents a great opportunity for the Chicago Chapter to provide its members a tremendous experience at a Chicago area premier rated golf course & facility, at a reasonable price for all levels of participation with networking for sponsors, golfers, and volunteers!
We have sold out this popular networking event for numerous years and are anticipating another sell-out for the golf tournament and sponsorships this year, with over 50 companies’ being represented. All commitments are recorded on a first-come, first-paid basis. So please register early to ensure a spot in this popular Chicago Chapter networking event.
This is a great opportunity to spend an entire day with prospective and current clients by the purchase of foursomes. In addition, sponsorships of golf holes and contests provide an opportunity to greet and meet every golfer at your sponsored hole. Our sponsorship opportunities are listed below. You can sponsor more than one item and pay via credit card or invoice. We have also provided a Sponsor Information Sheet which is a FAQ to help answer any questions you have about what to expect and plan for the event.

Sponsors are encouraged to attend the Reception and Award Banquet immediately following golf where each sponsor will be recognized and receive a special “Thank You” Pin Flag customized with your company logo and event information from the IIA Chicago Chapter Annual Golf Classic Committee.
In addition, for sponsored golf holes 1 to 18, Cog Hill staff will transport your team members and materials from registration to their golf hole and back to the main clubhouse after the round of golf. Boxed lunch with deli wrap, chips, fruit, candy bar, and mini water bottle will be provided to your team at registration. More food and beverage will be available at our on-course outdoor grill between the tee boxes on holes 5 and 14 and beverage carts.

- We ask that the contest hole sponsors present their prize to the female and male winners at the Reception and Awards Banquet.

Driving Range with Top Tracer Technology Sponsor
Golf range use includes Top Tracer technology at each hitting bay and shuttle cart service to/from the range. Golf range with complimentary range balls is open from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM. 21 Bays will be reserved for our event at the north end of the driving range nearest to the clubhouse. Be the only sponsor of the golf range with Top Tracer.
