When does the conference officially begin and end?
Registration begins on Wednesday at 8 a.m. and the conference ends Friday at noon. The full agenda is available here.
Where do I pick up my name badge?
Registration is on the first floor in the foyer area at the Michigan League.
Will there be a printed conference program on site? Yes, programs will be distributed at registration.
Are the sessions included in the conference fee? Yes, session tracks are included.
What is not covered in the conference fee? Your personal travel and hotel accommodations are not included. Training is an additional $795 per day.
Are meals included in my conference? Breakfast is provided Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Lunch is provided Wednesday and Thursday. Dinner is provided on Wednesday and Thursday if you plan to attend the evening networking events.

Thursday, June 26th from 6-10 p.m.
Our two private party tents and our reserved section in The Grove allow you to fully enjoy local favorites and live music of the Ann Arbor Summer Festival. The Grove is located at Top of the Park’s wooded garden, nestled within the fenced beverage area on the west side of Ingalls Mall. Please come to eat, socialize and celebrate!
Where can I park? Parking is limited so please refer to the maps we’ve provided.
I registered, but now cannot attend. Can I transfer my registration or receive a refund? Transfers or refunds will be granted up until June 7th.
Are children allowed at the conference? No one under 18 is permitted.
What is the best way to get updates to the conference? Updates will be posted on our website www.summercon.net.
Will there be free WIFI? Yes, there is wireless connectivity throughout the building. Access instructions will be posted in session rooms.
Where do I get technical help, if needed?
Stop by our Solutions Labs in the Michigan Room and Kalamazoo Room on the second floor of the Michigan League. Our friendly, tech-savvy staff is prepared to answer your questions and provide product demonstrations.
Housing/Travel
A list of hotels is located on our website. Parking maps are available if your hotel is not within walking distance.
Am I allowed to record sessions or presentations at the conference?
Some presenters allow non-commercial recording of their sessions and some do not. Please request permission from the presenter prior to recording.
Will sessions and presentations be available for viewing after the conference? Only our keynote presentations will be recorded. These will be posted on our website after the conference for further viewing.
