The 2024 Farm Bureau YF&R Leadership Conference will bring together an estimated 800 young agricultural leaders from across the country to Omaha, Nebraska, March 8-11, to learn, share and grow together to build a stronger Farm Bureau. The Hilton Omaha will serve as the host hotel for the conference and will host some of the conference events. The CHI Health Center Omaha will also host many of the conference events.

Conference Objectives
- Cultivate strong grassroots Farm Bureau leadership by bringing together current and future Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) members and other agricultural organizations to learn, share and grow.
- Provide networking opportunities for members to share experiences and connect with industry leaders and experts.
- Engage and celebrate members of the Farm Bureau YF&R program.
- Give back to Omaha community through charitable outreach, community engagement and/or acts of kindness.
- Inspire attendees to apply conference takeaways on their farm, in their local Farm Bureau and/or in their daily lives and careers by providing engaging sessions and workshops in the areas of:
- Consumer Outreach
- Membership Value
- Advocacy, Outreach and Education
- Leadership Development
